Keido Care is a structured 90-day service that runs alongside an AI rollout to make sure the tools are integrated into real workflows, teams adopt them, and the change holds. It starts before go-live with a written Care Plan and ends with measured adoption, not a hope.

Before rollout, Keido works with your project lead, the owning business unit and HR or people and culture to produce a Care Plan. It sets out:
- Workflows Which workflows change, for whom, and what the new steps are
- Guardrails What the AI may and may not be used for, and who decides edge cases
- Risks Risks to trust, wellbeing and workload, and the response to each
- Measures The adoption measures you will track, and the targets
- Owners Who is accountable for each of the above
